Feeling burnt out, sick, or just have too much on your plate right now?

With us, you have the option to pause your annual membership free of charge for a period of at least two weeks up to a maximum of two months. In cases of illness, accident, work- or school-related absence, or mandatory military/civil service, you can even extend the pause by up to an additional four months.
Simply fill out the suspension request form and submit it to us before your time off. You can find detailed information about the suspension conditions in our terms and conditions under section 7.

The suspension is possible for a maximum total of 6 months. The request will only be considered if submitted in due time (see section 7 of the Terms and Conditions).

The member requests a temporary suspension of the contract. Approval and acceptance will be decided after review and assessment of availability. In the event of a suspension, the annual membership will be extended by the duration of the suspension. The suspension has no effect on the due date of the membership fee. During an approved suspension, the member is not entitled to use the services.
