In an area measuring around 170 m2, highly qualified instructors and experienced therapists offer around 40 classes per week – figure-conscious Body Pump®, M.A.X.®, Piloxing®, smartAbs and bodytoning, dance-y ZUMBA®, cardio-oriented BOOST® and step, Antara®, yoga, pilates and back exercises for deep-muscle strengthening.
